Nowadays, people are very terrible to find a good job for them. When they get a job,

they need to improve or promote themselves to become a good staff also. To be a good staff
are includes a variety of skills and do the task that the boss assign to you on time.

Skill of the staff is very important because some jobs are require the staff from the
field that they study in the university, so a good staff is also have a good skill that related to
the filed that they study as well. Communication skill is also a good skill for the staff because
in the workplace we need to communicate from one department to one department. If they
don’t have a good communication skill, how can they become a good staff? In short, a good
staff must have a good skill that related to the field that they work.

To become a good staff people should do all the task that the boss gave to you to,
and you should submit to him on time. If your boss assign some jobs for you to do, and you
careless with the jobs that your boss gave you, you will be get fire from your boss. Work
that assign by the manager or boss is very important, and sometimes they want to test them.
Finally, to do all the task that the boss gave to you is the way that make you become a good
staff in your work place.

In conclusion, being a good staff is not always easy. However, people should try their
best to challenge with someone in other to become a good staff in the workplace. To
challenge with each other it means that you have to use your knowledge, skill, and talent to
gain with someone.

CHILDREN LEARN BEST BY OBSERVING BEHAVIOUR OF ADULTS AND COPYING IT. TO WHAT EXTENT DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE WITH THIS STATEMENT?

In developed countries such as Japan and Singapore, the number of children is lower than the number of adults. However in some developing counties like Cambodia and Vietnam, there are the huge number of children and teens. Children and teens are the vital sources for developing country that why there is a Khmer slogan “Children are the new bamboo generation to instead of bamboo”. A county will meet a big problem if there are less educated children and teens. The relations between adults and children are very effective to children behavior. This statement is agreed by many people. Whereas it may be true about the effect of children behavior and adults, the social environment and children’s natural characteristic are also effect to them.
Actually, kids are easy to follow adults’ activities and behavior. For instance, many girls learn cooking by following her mother in kitchen when they were young and when they grown up they can cook food by them selves or for their family. For another example, a boy see his father do farming or go fishing all the time, he would prefer to do all these activities because they think all those activities they should learn.

To support the second ideas that disagree with the topic, many thinkers raise their opinion about the social environment and their natural behavior. Firstly, children behavior is affected by social environment such as media, culture and life condition. In fact, kids like the blank paper which is ready to copy what they see. For instance, many kids act as the cowboys or gangster after they watch violence movies. In contrast, other kids would prefer the good temper or fell enjoyable after watching educational program on TV. Beside TV the Internet, Radio, magazine and newspaper is also the ingredients to affect children behavior. Then the culture of their country is also a factor that makes change in their way of behave. In the general concept, children behave base on their culture. For example, all women and girls must wear their traditional cloths, and they are not allowed to talk with boys besides their brothers and father. It is the rule that they must follow. Another point is living condition. To clarify for that point, we can see the real life of children families such as rich families, poor families and middle class families. Most children in rich families behave in impolite way, confident and flexible; however, children in poor and middle class families behave in polite way and a bite shy. The second main point is base on their natural behavior. According to scientists, the genetic is basic instruction for building children body and behavior. It is the mixture of their parents’ genetic; furthermore, their children behavior is also got from what they have.
In brief, children a small part of children behavior is copy from adult. For deep thinking on this issue we will see other points such as media, culture, living condition and natural behavior. Kids are like white papers that easy to get what they learn around, so they need to
be careful all the time of what they learn or copy to their brain. In addition, people around them should provide the good environment in living to them as possible as they can. Therefore, in my pinion, kids can learn best from other factors that I mention before but not one hundred percentages from adults.

It is not easy for students to become an outstanding student in the classroom,
but you will become one of them if you try your best to compete with each other. To become an

outstanding student in the classroom; you should study hard and to be punctual.

Study hard is one of the most important thing that help students to become an
outstanding student in the classroom, moreover, they must try their best to compete with
others students. They have to find others books that beside from the school books.
Sometimes, they should do research some documents that related to their subject in other to
improve their knowledge. One more thing that help you to become an outstanding student is
to share your knowledge with your friends because outstanding student is the person who
can challenge to the problems. To challenge with the problems they should know a lot of
information, and by getting information they should try hard to do research from library or
internet. In summary, to become an outstanding student in the classroom, students must
study hard in other to compete with their friends.

Outstanding student must be the students who have to be punctual and take
responsibility on what they have done. To be punctual person is very hard for all people
because you need to respect the time when you have appointment with someone. For
example if your class start at 7 o’clock, but you always arrive class at 8 o’clock, so what
happen with you? Is it possible that you can become an outstanding student? In the other
hand, responsibilities is one of the most important thing that outstanding student must be
follow because they must respond on what they said, and what they have been done.
Therefore, to be punctual and take responsibilities is very important for an outstanding
student.

For these reasons, to become an outstanding student is very rare for students, but it
is not very hard for students. They should try to study hard and to be punctual students in
the classroom in other to become and outstanding student.

world. Cambodia is one of them that tries to enhance education sector; moreover, the
government tries to engage many investor come to invest in Cambodia. They build a lot of

School is one of the most important part in education field because school is the place

Providing scholarship for students to study abroad is very important for the education
filed because students want to try something new and different from what they know, so
scholarship to study abroad is a good chance to increase the knowledge of students. When
they go to study abroad, they will compare what are the differences between Cambodia and
the country that they study, so after they come back to their country, they will have some
idea to provide to Cambodia students. In addition, providing scholarship to study abroad is
very important because it can help students to improve their knowledge.

In short, education in Cambodia is not good enough for students to learn because
some lectures knowledge is limited. Lectures is like a guide, so when they guide to the right

In the world, there are many countries to visited, and in one country there are many tourisms that come from all over the world. According to the data from Ministry of Tourism, Cambodia had welcome around 1,500,000 tourisms that come from the different countries such as China, United Stated, French, Thai, Vietnam, Singapore, and so on. Tourisms in Cambodia are increasing from day to day, and the government will get the benefit from tourism to develop the country.  When tourism are increasing, it will provide a good benefit to government and people because tourism is a collection of activities, service, and industries. According to H.E Taung Khun said that Cambodia are expected that tourists will increase twelve percent it compare to last year and the profit from tourists is around 2,000 million dollars. 75 percent are from Asia, and 15 percent are from Europe. Most of tourists are interesting in Angkor Wat temple because Angkor Wat temple is the wonderful temple in Asia.

The most popular place for tourists are Phnom Penh, Siemreap, and Kampong Soum because Phnom Penh is the capital city of Cambodia, and it has a lot of place to visit such as Royal palace, Toursleng, museum, and so on. Moreover, Siemreap is a very nice place for tourists because it has a lot temples such as Angkor Wat, Bayon, Taprum, Banteay Srey, and so on. On the other hand, Kampong Soum has a wonderful beach such as Ocherteal and Sokkha beach, moreover, Kampong Soum is the place where tourists can enjoy eating fresh sea food. Finally, tourisms in Cambodia are increasing too much because Cambodia has a lot of wonderful place for tourists come to visit. In conclusion, tourisms is very important sector in Cambodia because it provides a lot of benefit to the government and people.
